I know I just spam-uploaded a huge bunch of photos of the Ida-Virumaa trip. I just thought I'll do something because I've caught cold and I don't really feel like doing anything very important that I should be doing. I still have one essay to finish but I have a slight head-ache thanks to the cold and I'm not really able to concentrate. But I should get it done (later) today. My holidays in Estonia are over and I'm happily back in Finland. Tomorrow I'll start tutoring the new Music & Media Management students. The beginning of the great orientation week. In a way I'm very excited, on the other hand I just wish I could stay in bed and rest. B

Last weekend we took a little time and drove around in Ida-Virumaa - the county where the Russians population is the highest next to the capital area in Estonia. I do not hide that I was biased about that fact as for me Russian culture and the way things are is totally different and sometimes even strange. And I did see strange things over there but I was glad to be surprised of the cleanliness and hospitality! Yes, a lot of people had trouble with speaking Estonian. Our camping site owner didn't speak Estonian at all and I didn't really get to know his English skills as some of us are able to speak Russian and did it enough well not to get

I've been doing so many things lately that it's even hard to list them! Something I'm really glad about is making changes in my photoblog. I've been updating and working on it a bit as I switched from Blogger to Wordpress and transferred the posts and now I have to make some changes in photo sizes so that the "thumbnail archive" would look decent. It takes time but I'm giving my best :) and since I've been doing quite a bit of photos lately then I've added stuff there as well.
